Building (Frames For) Drums

First, if anyone is interested, here's a sneak peek at the next track that I'm working on. The fake choir will be replaced with a real one that I'm recording soon (SO FUCKING EXCITING) and the drums aren't samples, but recordings of me banging some homemade drums. Well, really I built the frame for those drums and a high school friend of mine did the drums themselves. Booya.

Second, some of you might have noticed that I've put the Star Ruler and PopStar Ruler soundtracks at a minimum of $1. The reason for this is really simple. I need the money, and those are the two most downloaded soundtracks on my entire site. I really would love to just give away music for free, but man, there are things I need to buy to make my music better, and tuition is going to smack me in the face before I know it.

Sorry to anyone who wanted to grab it for free. If you have already downloaded and donated for one of these two soundtracks, and need the files again for whatever reason, please feel free to contact me instead of buying it again.

So, if any of you liked the earlier post I made about Eighth, you might enjoy the rest of the stuff I'm going to link a little lower down from here. I've been working a little bit more intently on an album that I started about two years ago. I thought you might enjoy hearing the rest of the tracks that will be going into it. Keep in mind, this is still a work in progress.

So, I don't often make my own music or anything, but I've started some serious work on an album of my own. I have two soundtracks currently being worked on, but work on those two games seems to have grinded down a little in speed, so I figure I can take some time and just finish an album that has been sitting in a folder on my harddrive for over a year now.

This song in particular has been on there for about two years actually, and I decided to trim it down and spruce it up so that it's presentable. All it needs now are some vocals which I have yet to write, but I'll get to that eventually.
