So, I don't often make my own music or anything, but I've started some serious work on an album of my own. I have two soundtracks currently being worked on, but work on those two games seems to have grinded down a little in speed, so I figure I can take some time and just finish an album that has been sitting in a folder on my harddrive for over a year now.
This song in particular has been on there for about two years actually, and I decided to trim it down and spruce it up so that it's presentable. All it needs now are some vocals which I have yet to write, but I'll get to that eventually.

So, recently my friend and fellow bandmate Cory Birdsell went into the studio to record drum tracks for the Sweet Dreams EP by We're Going To Hell For This. We got live drum tracks done for two of the tunes, and that album is really coming along nicely. We even taped the whole session so that I could edit together a music video when one of the songs is completely finished. While we were there though, Cory wanted to record some drum covers, since the cameras were in place and the drum kit and set up got really high quality sound. I said why not, and a few days later, I've edited together one of the drum covers that he did that day. It's Forty Six & 2 by Tool, and it's a really awesomely played cover of it. Check it out.

Welcome to my website everyone! It's been a long time coming for a site of my very own, to pimp myself out, and just be as egotistical as I want. Thanks to Murray from Good Leaf Designs, now I have one. Feel free to browse the Music section and see the ridiculous amount of music that I have pumped out over the years, and maybe buy a few albums? I'm Artem Bank. I'm a community college student currently pursuing a degree in musical composition. So, along the way I'm going about and writing as much music I can. I have a particulate passion for writing scores to video games. I just love it - there's something amazing about making a track for another part of media. It's another piece of the puzzle. Uhm... There's not much else to me really. I make music and stuff. Yea.
Oh! I also have a youtube channel that I update when I can. Currently I'm doing a Let's Play of Oblivion on it. It's going pretty great so far.
